wiesenthal center urging "passion" changes

The Simon Wiesenthal Center, in a recent press release, is asking Mel Gibson to make unspecified changes in his upcoming film The Passion, based on a "flurry" of anti-Semitic phone calls and letters they've received since Gibson began screening the film in the U.S.

I wonder how many letters and phone calls constitutes a "flurry?" And I wonder if the increase is statistically significant when viewed over the last, say, twenty years. I have a feeling we'll probably never know.

In the end, I think, this is going to come down to who has the more proficient spin doctors. You heard it here first.
