Interfaith dialogue and bad hospitality

Tony Price has a telling tale on the joys and perils of interfaith dialogue over weak tea and instant coffee at his wonderful blog Storyteller's World. Read about his experience here: Part of the Problem? Quote of note:
What a strange lot we were. Including a Buddhist lama with little English and a minder, two Unitarians (is that one short of a Trinitarian?) who naturally embrace and espouse this kind of thing, and probably invented it, a sensible representative of the synagogue, and Mogg who represents 'the Pagan Community'. Or I suppose, if they are a really cool post-modern faith group, the pagan community (lower case).
Sounds like a great concept for a new BBC comedy, but there are plenty of lessons to learn here.
